Audrey Tucker Obituary
Audrey Tucker passed away peacefully in his sleep in his home in Houston on January 2nd, at the age of 65.
Audrey was born in Gorman, Texas October 18th 1950. He was the first child of Joe and Sarah Tucker of Cisco, Texas.
He is survived by his Son Cory Tucker, his mother Sarah Tucker and two brothers, Stan and Lee.
His family remembers Audrey was a bright fun loving adventurous child who loved the outdoors. When there was an opportunity he would be fishing or hunting in the farm lands south of Cisco. He read many books including the American Indians who had roamed the Texas plains. He could often be found with his brothers, cousins hunting arrowheads, making bows and arrows or even chipping pieces of flint to make his own arrowheads. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also loved to play cards and dominoes in the evening. His love of the outdoors followed him all his life.
Audrey graduated a member of the National Honor Society from Cisco High School in 1969 served in the Texas National Guard and attended the University of Texas.
Those who knew Audrey are aware that he struggled many years with chemical dependencies. His family is proud that the displayed the courage and determination to turn his life around and make a new start in 2010 when he moved to Houston.

A Memorial Service will be held for Audrey at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 1:00 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church 9102 FM 2526 Cisco, TX 76437.
