Betty Jo Adams Obituary

   Betty Jo Adams 83 of Rowlett, Texas passed away November7, 2015. Funeral Service will be 2 P.M. Thursday November 12, 2015 at First United Methodist Church in Cisco, Texas officiated by Reverend Bobby Lee with burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery  under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home of Cisco. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Chapel Thursday 10 A.M. to 12:00 Noon.

   Betty Jo was born March 20, 1932 to John Fletcher Freeland and Lynda (Adell) Freeland in Romney, Texas.  Betty was a medical assistant in the health care industry and attended church at the First Christian and First United Methodist Churches in Cisco. She was also a 55 year member of Bethany Christian Church in Odessa, Texas and a member of the Eastern Star. Betty was preceded in death by husbands Roy Burkett Huestis in 2001 and Harvey F. Adams in 2004.

   Survivors are daughters: Holly Johnson and husband Bob of McKinney, Texas, Lynda Reed and husband Jody of Mesquite, Texas, Beckie Bailey and husband Steve of Houston, Texas. One sister; Katherine Dean of Lubbock, Texas. Grandchildren: Benjamin Johnson, Adam Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Tosha Reed, Matthew Reed, and Amy Adams. Great Grandchildren: Dillin Tyler, Calvin Johnson, Aidan Johnson, Zach Johnson, Gregory Johnson, Elizabeth Johnson, Maddox Quilty, Mac Quilty, Paxton, Mason Reed and Prestyn Reed.
