NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE
GOVERNING BODY OF
CITY OF CISCO
Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the governing body of the City of Cisco will be held on the 13th day of July, 2015 at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers at City Hall at which time the following subjects will be discussed, to wit:
I. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER
“I call this meeting of the Cisco Council to order and declare that a quorum of Council Members are present that the meeting has been duly posted according to the Texas Open Meeting Act, and the meeting will be conducted in conformity with the Texas Government Code Chapter 551.”

IV. CITIZEN-VISITOR COMMENTS:
Pursuant to policy set by the City Council a five (5) Minute time limit per person is established for anyone wishing to address the Council on subjects pertaining to the City.

June 22, 2015
VI. THE CITY COUNCIL MAY DISCUSS AND/OR TAKE ACTION ON ANY OF THE FOLLOWING AGENDA ITEMS:
Consider and Discuss Contract with Republic Services.—Robert Searls
Consider and Discuss and Potentially Award Bid for South Shore Lot 17 Block 1.
Consider and Discuss and Potentially Award Bid for Property Located on E. 15th St.
Consider and Discuss Taking Bids on All of Lot 5, Harrell’s West Side Addition.
Consider and Discuss Appointing Zoning Committee.
Consider and Discuss Prioritizing Street Repair.
Consider and Discuss TEAM Building and Long Range Planning.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
The Council may vote and/or act upon each of the items listed in this Agenda. The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this Agenda, whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
