Portion FM2461 Closed 8-4 At Dam Saturday

To facilitate a safe burn on the back side of the Lake Leon Dam, FM2461 will be closed from 8 a.m. until the mid-to-late afternoon, D.P.S Officer David Foster reports. E.C.W.S. District Supt. Dale Bennington reported the clearing is to ficilatate securing a three-dimensional image for safety inspection. The District has recently completed the I-20 pipeline bore and is busy with a new line from the lake to help improve over-all water quality.
