City Council Members and People of Rising Star From: Benjamin Wayne Yarbrough Mayor City of Rising Star Ladies and Gentleman, It is with deep regret that I find myself in a situation that will no longer forward me the opportunity to continue serving as the Mayor of the City of Rising Star, as most of you know my job has been increasing it’s demands upon me and as time goes on I find myself with less time I can devote to serving the City as a good public servant should.
