Attendance Challenge Underway at GHS; Superintendent’s Contract Extended

The board of trustees of Gorman ISD met in regular session on January 11th, 2017 following a board appreciation dinner. High school junior Sydney Casey presented a card to the board from Gorman students stating their appreciation for what the board does for the school. Attendance rates and enrolled students for the first semester were 97.26% and 169 for Maxfield Elementary, 96.95% and 55 for the Middle School, and 95.91% and 92 for the High school.
