Ten county youth participating in the 2017 Eastland County Livestock Show were recipients of this year’s Ten Year Awards: Mason Wright - Eastland, Joani Parks - Eastland, Travis Parks - Eastland, Ty Montgomery - Eastland, Cameron Burleson - Cisco, Kobe Conring - Cisco, Michelle Cooper - Cisco, Harley Kendall - Cisco, Cierra Sutton - Cisco, Pecos Vaughn - Cisco. 2017 Scholarship recipients (pictured above and to the left) were Seth Allen - Cisco, Kobe Conring, Harley Kendall, Joani Parks, and Cierra Sutton. ECLRA has given $10,500 in scholarships to graduating seniors the last 5 years. ECLRA officers: President - Brian Perry, Eastland; Vice-President - Doc Simpson, Eastland; Secretary - Tricia Nall, Rising Star; Treasurer - LeAnn Kendall, Cisco. Local Agriculture Teachers: Cisco - Ginger Holton & Jerry Conring; Eastland - Laura Williams & Caleb Gamblin; Gorman - Shawn Boles; Ranger - Kelsi Cook; Rising Star - Tylan Long.
