CISCO – Engineers with the Texas Department of Transportation are evaluating State Highway 6 near Lake Cisco in Eastland County following the complete washout of the roadway Thursday evening. Unprecedented flooding due to recent heavy rains resulted in water flowing over the spillway of the Lake Cisco dam Thursday afternoon.
