Meet the New Cisco City Manager...

The Cisco City Council announced at their last meeting, Nov. 23, that they had selected a new City Manager.  A motion was made, second and all were in favor of Darwin Archer being the next City Manager of Cisco.  Look in the upcoming edition of the Eastland County Today (Dec. 3) for an in depth interview with Mr. Archer.
