The Cisco Development Corporation and the citizens of Cisco would like to extend a huge “WELCOME” to Jeff Smith, President of JVB Corporation and his new business, Precision Tire and Auto. In the spring of 2013, the CDC became aware that Smith was entertaining the idea of reopening another automotive center. The CDC contacted Smith with the hopes of attracting another quality business to Cisco and the discussions began.
