Brief City Meeting Hears Reports, Resolutions

The regularly scheduled City of Cisco board meeting was not held on January 23 due to a lack of quorum. So the meeting was rescheduled for Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the council chambers on Conrad Hilton in beautiful downtown Cisco, Tx. The Mayor was unable to make the Thursday meeting, nor was the City Manager in town. The Mayor Pro-Tem is councilmember Jason Weger. He was present. City Manager Darwin Archer phoned in and was available on speaker phone.
